OPTION 2 - To become a user in the SSIM facility one must do the following:

1. Check SSIM Cleanroom Lab Capabilities(Link to avail process)
2. Submit a usage proposal form (link to Bill and Dan ) for verification of capabilities (Sethu)
3. Schedule OSHA Chemical Hygene and Emergency Training (Once ccomplete a trining certificate will automatically be sent to the SSIM department - A copy can be provided)
4. Read the SSIM Training Manual (Dan & Bill)
5. Take and pass the SSIM Safety Quiz (Dan & Bill)
6. Sign the Release of Liability form and submit it at the beginning of the training session
7. Schedule Laboratory Orentation and Equipment Training at this training you will be given general lab policies and procedures. (link to a PDF Form)
8. Get Trained on specified equipment
9. Request Equipment Scheduler Username and Password from Trining Personel
10. Contact Account Manager for Billing Details
11. Schedule Equipment (link)
